My broker Chad has been very very helpful with working with us to secure our loan. I could reach out to him any day of the week and he would answer my questions. It’s been a pleasure to meet him, to talk with him, to get sound advice from him concerning our loan. Very professional man, who looks out for the people he works with.

My wife and I recently bought a home with the help of our loan officer, Nick Kays, and his team at NBKC and we absolutely loved the service we received! They had by far the best rates (and customer service) for our VA Loan needs! We originally met with Nick on our realtors recommendation after we received what we suspected were less-than-optimal rates from another lender. Sure enough, Nick blew them out of the water. Then he followed it up with the most individualized and attentive service I’ve ever experienced with a bank. He worked with us throughout the home-buying process; crunching numbers late at night or early in the morning depending on whichever time zone I was in at the time, Nick was always available to us. He was candid in his view of rates and helped us lock in at the just right time once we had found our dream home. Then, he checked in on us throughout the closing process, which he and his team made seamless for our funding. We won’t be going anywhere else for future home loans. Thanks for all of your help Nick and NBKC!

Craig was absolutely phenomenal to work with. He was quick to respond to all of my questions. I really appreciated how easy it was to get in contact with him- a quick text, email, or phone call! I would highly recommend Craig to all friends and family.
