This is some text inside of a div block.
In 2022 I hired a van to move house. The van was delivered and I got a walkaround to note any damage. When it was collected the next day the collection driver took the keys and drove off. No inspection. 3 months later I got a bill via email which a picture of scratched wheel arch. I challanged it saying I didn't cause the damage, the picture doesn't even include what vehicle the damage relates to and even if it was the one I hired it's no doubt travelled through lots of hands in the interim including when the collection driver drove off without inspection. They didn't respond to my queries and just threatened me that I needed to pay it. I refused. In May 2025 they have just attempted to take £475 out of my account. Fortunately it was declined by my bank. This company is basically a front to commit fraud.

This company does not even deserve one star. I just wanted to transport one piece of furniture. I gave them dimensions and they advised me on the size of the van needed. The van they supplied was completely unsuitable and I had to then hire another vehicle from another company. They were due to collect the vehicle by Saturday noon. As soon as the vehicle had been delivered on the Friday, I received an email telling me that they would collect the vehicle at the end of the hire period within three days of the Hire period ending. During this period apparently I was liable for the vehicle. In addition, given that the Hire period ended on Saturday at noon, They stated that the three days started from Monday. So they had until the end of Wednesday to collect the vehicle and during all of this time the vehicle was at my risk and my responsibility. This is completely hidden in the terms and conditions and they only inform you properly after they have delivered the vehicle. If that wasn’t bad enough, the vehicle wasn’t even collected within that timeframe. They said they were going to collect it on the Thursday, which they didn’t. They then said they would collect it on Friday. I called them at the end of the day Friday, and they said if we collected Saturday. When I asked them why they said because they had had a booking cancellation. In other words between bookings of their vehicles, they are using their customers to park their vehicles and shift shifting the risk of any damage or theft of those vehicles to their customers. I’ve emailed them multiple times asking for a refund and stating I will be charging them for parking costs on my property. They have completely ignored my emails. Do not hire with this company ever. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

I hired a van to drive to Germany and back for three days. The oversees insurance was incredibly high so the rental cost me £1429,52 just for the hire. As my previous plans had fallen through short notice I had no choice but to pay this incredibly high rental price. The van was supposed to be delivered to my address at 9am on the day as I had to catch an early eurotunnel train to make it to Berlin from London on the same day. The van was delivered two hours late, I was only told once I called in asking where the van was and had to keep calling them to get any information. It turned into an incredibly difficult drive due to this delay and I only arrived in Berlin at 3am which made the rest of my journey horribly difficult as well. I complained about the delay, I was refunded £11 which is a joke. I complained about the refund amount and never heard back again. On top of this the van was not waterproof turns out and my furniture was covered in water overnight.
