This is some text inside of a div block.
5 years from purchase, they still have not registered my property on the land registry. Spend a bit more and use a decent solicitor who will communicate clearly.

Referred me to PM property. Told them need to complete within 56 days. PM, waited a week and took £600 before then telling me they couldn’t take on my case. Not sure why nobody told me that at the start, after me explicitly stating the deadlines.

Avoid at all costs, I would suggest if you are purchasing a property and the vendor employs this company you request they change or don’t proceed. We are not using My Home but the seller of the property we are currently purchasing is and when I tell you we have been going 6 months (and counting) on something we were told would be 8-12 weeks I am not exaggerating. Their communication is awful, they don’t respond to our solicitors, the estate agent, or the seller. They send nonsensical responses referencing management packs that aren’t management packs and only reply when they are waiting for someone else. Our solicitors sent enquiries on the 1st of June, they only yesterday contacted the management company for answers to said enquiries – over 2 months later. If I could give zero stars I would.
