I am writing to express my growing frustration with an unresolved issue regarding the inability to update my address through your app or on a PC. I have attempted to input my correct address multiple times, but the system fails to save or recognize it. It’s especially confusing since I am certain that I initially entered my address correctly when creating my profile. Being asked to input an alternate address, only for the same error to occur, has not helped resolve the issue. To date, I have: - Attempted to update my address multiple times via the app. - Discovered that the PC version does not even offer an address editing option. - Spoken with **three representatives and one supervisor**, none of whom have been able to offer a resolution. - Submitted **screenshots** clearly showing the issue I am experiencing. - Tried contacting your customer support number, which provides **no option to speak to a live representative**. Considering how long your company has been in business, I find it difficult to understand how this type of core issue still exists without a reliable workaround or technical fix. This ongoing inconvenience has made it extremely difficult to trust in the reliability of your service and your support system. I would appreciate a clear explanation of: - Why this issue continues to occur. - When a fix or workaround will be implemented. - How I can speak directly with someone who is empowered to resolve technical issues beyond basic troubleshooting. I sincerely hope this message can help push things forward toward an actual resolution.

I FEEL THEY SHARED MY INFORMATION. Now im getting a huge load of unwanted emails soliciting me for loans! Probably gonna crush my already bad credit score in which I signed up for their credit builder!

Don't ever use them, they are criminals. I signed up for their "round up" program where they invest your change in a market fund. However, they make it impossible to actually withdraw your funds....ever. I first requested to withdraw back in December and they requested an actual selfie to verify my ID (yeah, absurd). A month went by and I never received my funds, and they never bothered to reach out and explain why until I had to call them back. They told me the selfie wasn't, "clear enough" and I would need to redo. I took another one and guess what? Same response. Finally, I called last week and sent them ten different selfies so that they couldn't reject them. They wrote me saying it would be 5 business days before the funds get released.....I am currently on day 6 and sitting on hold with customer service now.
