Did a great job. Showed up on time, did what we agreed, no added cost or "we need more money for XYZ" ect. Also, never tried to upsell me on a more expensive system. I would definitely recommend and use again. Quality craftsmanship as well. The sheet metal work was outstanding. I only got a new AC, the furnace in the pic is a few years old and was already here.

The redeeming quality is that they were able to send someone out on the weekend, the day our AC went out. After that, they said they would be able to do a repair within 3 days because they were waiting for a part. I was told the part finally came in after 6 days, and that they would be at the house before 11 am. After calling several times, and being reassured several times that the repair was going to be done that day and someone would be calling shortly to notify me of the time, I called in a fourth time and was informed that it was going to be 4 more days before the part would get in. This was all after they gladly accepted my payment to get on the schedule for the repair.

This is one of the works companies I’ve ever done business with in my entire life. I had a tech come out to my house and inspect our AC system. He discovered our coil and blower motor needed replaced. I paid for the job upfront. Gave him my credit card info and signed on his phone. Was charged for the work in full (which I wanted to pay). Was told someone would call me in a few days to let know when they will be back to fix my AC. Days went by and no call. After calling many times and speaking with many different people I as told they needed serial numbers off our AC unit. So they didn’t do their job right the first time. I gave that information to them and they said they needed it to confirm they ORDERED the right parts. Another few days go by and I call in for an update. Every single time I called I was told a manager will call me back soon and give me an update. I went through calling in and being told someone will call me every single time I called in. Nobody ever called me. I had to call in multiple times to keep getting the same thing happening to me. Finally after almost 2 weeks of paying for a service, I was told they never collected payment (even though my credit card company shows it went through and a worked told me they saw I paid in full one of the calls), or ordered parts. They still needed serial numbers and manufacturing numbers to order parts. All this time I was calling in nobody could tell me this, but could write down my information and have manager call me… but they never called me. This is literally the absolute worst company. Zero customer service skills, or ability to communicate effectively. Thanks for giving me the run around for almost two weeks. I enjoyed not having AC during the summer heat.
