This company is a fraud. They use the good faith and trust of their customers to commit scams. Do not send them any money as they ask. Even though it is difficult to trust, it is still possible to fall for scams. They are a fraud. Do not buy anything from them.

I took out a contract and returned the phone within the cooling off period as i didn't like it. They agreed to the return and then took ages getting the disconnection from the network sorted out, the upshot of this was that Vodafone were chasing for almost £1k which I didn't actually owe. I had to sort it myself with the network who agreed to refund the charges.. eventually! This would have been a 1 star review but i've literally just had a call from their customer services to follow up on my problem.

Ordered a phone two weeks ago. Switched providers. The phone was advertised with a snapdragon 888 processor. After noticing some of the apps optimized for that processor not performing well I did a check and I was very disappointed to find there was an alternative Mali inside. There's no email service n there line is probably not open this time of night. Hopefully they will be able to sort it out. But it's not cool. Update. Phoned customer service n they were very understanding of my situation. I explained they had sent the non pro version by mistake. Had to stay on hold for a while but hopefully I will have the new phone in a week. Further update So I returned the phone Monday afternoon. Got an email Tuesday saying they have the handset. It's Friday now and iv received no update on when my replacement handset will arrive. I called today and they had no update for me. They said the order had been escalated to top priority. I would at this point suggest to anyone reading this......go with a different provider. I was supposed to have a new phone on the 1/11. It's now the 19/11.
