4 months 5 devices and they decided to part ways with me since it was supposedlymy fault their devices didn't work. You get a different song and dance from every person you talk to. One set they sent just one aid (I have 2 ears). One set were just defective completely. Twice they sent in the ears knowing I couldn't wear that type. Some customer serve agents tried to help but couldn't. They finally told me to go see a professional. Guess that tells you. Don't do it. They are bigger than you think as well. Just don't do it. Horrible!!!!

I do not recommend. They didn't work, support was unable to help me as they were not knowledgeable enough, and their no risk guarantee is a lie, because you have pay for return shipping. So expect to lose a little over $20 for trying them out.

I really liked the Volt hearing aid, but it had some kind of interference in the office where I work. It worked great everywhere else, though! When I decided to return it, they did indeed give me a refund. So, I recommend giving this company and this hearing aid a try!
