Don't buy these. I guess it's true; you get what you pay for. My husband bought me a pair. It took a long time before they arrived (says they ship in 3 to 5 days). They were delayed in Ohio for at least a week or more. When they finally arrived, I tried them and found them to be no help whatsoever. We returned them 2 days later and when they credited our account, they shorted us. They sent us a shipping label; it was supposed to be free but they charged us. When my husband called Customer Service, they were no help whatsoever. Don't waste your money on these.

I am SO glad I bought these! I got the Atom 2 Pro series. I get eustachian tube dysfunction off and on during the high allergy season which causes some hearing loss and tinnitus. These totally get me through my bad days so I can still do my job! I never thought I could get affordable hearing aids that worked, but these were perfect! It took me a bit to fogure out how to put them in and get them situated, but after a day or two I figured it all out and just keep my little case in my purse for when needed. And the case stays charged for days! Thank you Audien for a great product that saved me in my customer service job. 🤗

A couple of months ago I ordered hearing aids. When they arrived, only one worked. I promptly returned them and I have now been waiting for approximately six weeks for my new hearing aids to arrive. Every time I call, a very nice person will tell me that they have not yet been mailed out for some inexplicable reason and that he/she will take care of it right away. It never gets taken care of! I still have not received what I paid for. This company is awful, awful, awful!
