As a landlord with office spaces to rent on Borough High Street, I’ve worked with several agents over the years—but working with LDG, and especially Harry, has been a noticeably above-and-beyond experience. Harry has been fantastic: consistently professional, efficient, and communicative, with a genuine sense of care that sets him apart. His attention to detail and proactive approach made me feel confident that both my property and prospective tenants were in excellent hands. It’s a huge relief to have found a team I can trust—people who take pride in what they do and make the process smooth for everyone involved. I feel confident LDG will continue to represent my spaces with integrity and warmth, giving tenants a great first impression and experience from the start. Highly recommend.

Renting a flat through LDG over the past few months has been a wonderful experience. Themis was fantastic from the very start of viewing the place, showing us the property with a friendly and professional demeanour. The process was seamless. The viewing was well-organised, and he’s always been quick to reply to any questions. I’d also like to give a big shout-out to Shannon and Georgie, who were absolutely brilliant in getting my tenancy started. Their eye for detail, speedy responses, and proactive attitude made the whole process incredibly smooth and easy. Georgie was so nice to inform me of some of the details about living in the apartment, from water metre readings to tenancy insurance. Communication was top-notch. I’d highly recommend LDG, especially if you have the good fortune of working with the three of them – they’re a truly outstanding team. Thanks again!

Shannon Tupper is one of the best estate agents I have ever worked with! Extremely professional and friendly, she’s always quick to reply and efficient at solving any problem I’ve had. I’ve worked with many other agents in the past and by far she’s the best of encountered. I recently had to reinstall the flooring and appliances in my apartment, and Shannon handled all the logistics, correspondence, and installation with care and efficiency - within a few days everything was as good as new. She treats tenants with respect and her replies are always quick. Highly recommend her!
