I couldn’t be happier with my recent purchase with KES lighting. Not only it was extremely easy to order, I also found the prices to be more competitive than the other retailers. My order arrived in 4 days and I love my new lamps. I will for sure order again from KES lighting. Thank you

Ordered some lights for a building project. Two wall lights arrived without the shades. Due to a busy building site, this was only discovered a week or so after the delivery. KES were informed straightaway and I was assured I would hear back with an update once the supplier has been contacted. A week goes by and I hear nothing. After a week, I send an email, which goes unanswered. I call the number and I’m being told they will email me shortly with an update. They did just that, telling me I have to pay for the missing shades again. I refuse and point out these have been paid for already and KES failed to deliver them. I also point out the lack of communication and ignoring my attempts to get an update, only for them to come back and say that I now not only have to pay for the missing shades, but the entire light fittings. Absolute crooks. Avoid

Great customer service - super fast delivery and response time! We ordered a light for our front room which was promptly delivered and looks exactly like the photos. It had a missing glass piece and upon contacting customer support they were super quick to rectify the issue, order us a replacement and make sure we were happy! Will definitely be a returning customer!
