Avoid This Place – Terrible Customer Service and No Accountability I had an awful experience with Kensington eye centre and strongly advise against going there. They completely lack professionalism, accountability, and basic customer care. I was fitted for Ortho-K lenses with Pooja and paid 1000 GBP and was promised three free follow-up visits. I told her that I live abroad and may not be able to attend the third visit in schedule and she assured me that I could do it whenever I’m in the UK. I completed two then had to travel, but when I contacted her later to get my third assessment , she conveniently changed her tune and demanded payment, claiming too much time had passed—despite knowing my circumstances from the start. Even worse, after stopping the lenses, my cornea never returned to its normal shape and remained flat although I only used them for 3 weeks and it’s been almost 11 months now since I stopped using them. And now even soft contact lenses won’t fit properly in my eyes like they used to, and my vision is blurry. When I tried to get her help, she refused to take any responsibility and kept brushing me off, telling me to go elsewhere instead of offering any real support. Their dismissive attitude and unwillingness to stand by their patients are completely unacceptable. If you value your eye health and don’t want to be treated like an afterthought, do yourself a favor and go to a more competent and ethical clinic.

Absolutely amazing service. Went into 3 other opticians that wouldn’t even touch my glasses but here, I received an amazingly warm and helpful service. Thank you so much!!!
