Keating Estates were absolutely brilliant at managing the conveyancing process for the purchase of my first property. Jade Wilson was incredibly responsive, efficient, and informative throughout the entire journey. We vacated our property on March 24th, and although Keating Estate confirmed our deposit would be returned, we still haven’t received it as of May 13th — over seven weeks later. Communication has been consistently poor, and we’ve had to follow up multiple times ourselves. During our tenancy, we were left without a legally required CO2 alarm for over a year. When one was finally installed (poorly) by an engineer they arranged, they then attempted to deduct from our deposit — not for the alarm, but for removing sticker residue the engineer had left behind. They also tried to charge us £45 for a lightbulb we had reported as faulty, even though they had sent someone to fix it. They routinely request five-star reviews after completing basic tasks — we were even asked for one after simply receiving confirmation that our tenancy had been renewed. Overall, our experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend others approach Keating Estate with caution.
