This is my 3rd time using Imperial Party Rentals for a family party. They are so friendly, prompt, and a pleasure to work with. They pay just as much attention to the smaller events as they do larger ones. And I can't wait to continue working with them in the future. They've earned this customer's loyalty!

I recently used Imperial Party Rentals for my wife's birthday party and was thoroughly impressed with their service. From start to finish, everything was seamless and stress-free.
The Audrey was incredibly friendly and helpful, and she made sure that we had everything we needed to make the party a success. She was very patient with us when we were deciding on which items to rent, and made some great suggestions that we hadn't even thought of.
The tables, chairs, bar, lamps, etc that we rented were in excellent condition and worked perfectly throughout the event.
The delivery and pickup were both timely and efficient, and the staff made sure to leave everything clean and tidy. Overall, we were extremely happy with the level of service we received from Imperial Party Rentals and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional party rental company.

I recently rented some white folding chairs from this business and had a terrible experience. Not only were the chairs scratched but some of the seat cushions had holes in them. I called to complain that I was dissatisfied with the chairs the next business day and the sales woman Amy was very rude and inconsiderate. She had a condescending tone and did not once apologize for the inconvenience of the poor rental. I was upset about the chairs but the worst part was the lack of professionalism and customer service. I will never rent from this place again and I encourage all who do to inspect the rentals before purchasing!!
