This is some text inside of a div block.
This company is a scam. I ordered weeks ago and still no item. They keep fobbing me off telling me it’s on the way. Where is my order? You have taken my money. I want my item. Do not use this company. They are scammers. After weeks of fobbing me off with dates of shipment. It’s now out of stock. These people are scammers. Beware they take your money and then don’t send you anything.

DON'T DO IT! Purchased an Iscooter from Ihoverboard uk. Paid over 3 payments on Klarna back in June.... Iscooter delivered all good, however the materials used are cheap and after 2 months the handle bars were loose as the fitting screws had drop out!! also the latching mechanism to fold the handle bars broke so currently have them fixed together with cable ties and a piece of metal that I fashioned to fit- Not great but there you go ( no mot's yet thank god ).... It gets worse.... After 4 months ( October ) I had a strange Whatsapp from a " mary" stipulating that Klarna had not sent any payments through and I had to speak with them.... Between Ihoverboard and Klarna it would seem that the transaction had slipped through the net and they were now asking me to pay the outstanding amount of £248.99 which by now I just dont have!! no explanation has been given... No formal solution to repairing my item against warranty.... and mary is now Ignoring me!!! Once I made contact with Klarna.... They deducted the first payment without consent and I am now in debt to this company through no fault of my own!! If someone see's Mary could they ask her to get in touch please.... Shocking service BUYER BEWARE!

Do not buy from here !!!!!!!! The worst company I have ever had the misfortune to buy from. Having an ongoing nightmare because I bought an expensive scooter that supposedly had certain specs, and not only did it arrive delayed, scratched and scuffed, it's faulty and not as described. I exchanged what seems like hundreds of emails within the 1st week of receiving it and offered to go to their Midlands warehouse (which I severely doubt exists) to facilitate a like for like exchange after they asked me to send it back and on return, would send a new one. I didn't trust them and felt it was fair for me to secure I would get a scooter back if I did it in person. Their reply was that they didn't have stock after all !!!!! Suspicious ?????? They insisted I send it back for them to raise a refund. I used Klarna so asked that this arrangement is verified through them to ensure that I would get my 1st instalment back, and awaited a response. This wa in August !!! They did not respond until a couple of weeks ago and are now citing their returns policy and that too much time has elapsed for them to accept a return and refund. Horrible experience!!!!
