This is some text inside of a div block.
Customer service very poor. Contacted to organise replacement as shampoo arrived with cap completely broken. They initially said they would organise a collection for next day and a replacment when item collelected, which I thought was great but no one arrived to collect. They sent a courier the following Wednesday with no communication regarding this so luckily I was home. I sent a follow up email regarding dispatch of my replacement and have received no communication since and no refund. I will be contacting my credit card company for a refund.

Ordered an item weeks ago, was not delivered by courier. The company know this, but they are in dispute with the courier about where the product is. They are not giving me my money back until they have resolved their own issue with the courier, which is disgusting customer service. AVOID!!
