We are just starting out on a change of home, and selling our home, but buying a lifetime plan on our new home. A different area, downsizing, a different home lifestyle. My wife was recently diagnosed with Parkinson's and has had an irregular heartbeat for some time, and to help her we needed to move into a smaller home area, on one level, with a low level access shower, with communal gardens and communal indoor area, all in a reasonable flat area local to a town centre and all amenities. This is our first experience of this company and from day one they have been very supportive and informative. Their communication is excellent and we never feel alone going through this lifestyle change. We feel valued, and supported, which gives us confidence and security. We highly recommend this company.

Until I found out about Homewise, I had resigned myself to never being able to buy my own home, being stuck renting for the rest of my life. Rents have increased every year, and I was increasingly worried about no fault eviction. Now I am in the process of buying a lovely little house with Homewise, something I simply could not afford to do on my own. My account manager George Brodie has been great; he is friendly and supportive, and has clearly explained the process to me, he keeps me informed, and has liaised with estate agents etc. on my behalf. Buying with Homewise won't suit everyone, but for me it has been an absolute game changer, and I am 100% happy with them. Thank you George!!

They are very inflexible with their criteria. They have lost me an almost perfect apartment because they don't understand the local property market. They have a policy of not financing you if the building has a business attached. In my case the apartment I wanted was at the opposite end to the business and would have had no impact on the apartment. It was in an excellent location and would sell well in the future. Their concern was that it might not sell in the future but it certainly would.
