This is some text inside of a div block.
Seriously, don't bother. Used for years and had constant problems. I only hung in there as I was patient and forgiving. DELIVERY , a joke, DPD, wrong house at least twice a month, box is dumped hard and without care. Never resolved. FOOD, cheap quality, loads of plastic, missing ingredients, and meat is terrible. PACKING, this is done by the owners' children who just throw everything in the box as a game. Always the soft stuff under heavy goods, rendering useless. But I think the children have fun aiming for the box from across the room. CUSTOMER SERVICE, they know how rubbish they are and show this by very easily refunding or giving credit. THE COMPANY, recent troubles, and now focus solely on profitability, cheap delivery, cheap food, cheap packaging, and using blind people to pack boxes and choose ingredients. Convenient YES but that is it! Don't bother.

Reading the reviews.. I don’t know what to say… lack of common sense? It state if you don’t pick they will pick for you…. I have been using Gousto for about 4 months now… order every week… yes some dishes don’t taste how I thought.. but the majority of them are really good! This is to help people learn to cook or busy people who don’t have time to go shopping (with less to none waste)! Will continue to keep using Gousto. Because.. there’s so much to choose from every week… much more better value than the other food boxes out there.. And just incase people think I’m a ‘bot’ here’s the wad of menus I’ve had and saved that I will cook again!

It was a mixed experience. It was our first time trying it, and while some parts were good, others were disappointing. The potato, as shown in the photo, was shocking—it was unusable. The clotted cream wasn’t in the refrigerated section even though it clearly says to keep it refrigerated, so we didn’t use it just in case it had gone off. On a positive note, my 15-year-old son cooked everything by himself. It was great practice for him, and the final result tasted good. So overall, a mix of good and bad.
