First of all, I want to state that would fully recommend Georgia Pack and Load for anyone requiring professional moving and storage. We contracted GA Pack and Load when we sold our home. The crew was pleasant and professional and showed care and respect when moving our belongings, which included an antique baby grand piano. The company offered storage, which we took advantage of while we searched for our new home. The move to our new home from GA Pack and Load Storage didn't go as smoothly as we had hoped. Having experienced multiple whole house moves, we anticipated some things would not survive the transition and there were some damaged items. However, the care and respect for our belongings exhibited during the move out of our prior home seemed lacking during the move into our new home. After expressing our concerns and providing pictures, we received exceptional customer service and support from Clifford, the General Manager. I consider Clifford's engagement and efforts be above and beyond, as he really demonstrated that he genuinely valued our business and wanted to do right by us. Unexpected things happen during moves and we've had our share, but Georgia Pack and Load, Moving and Storage is above the rest when it comes to standing behind their commitment to customer satisfaction and we would most certainly contract them again.

This company is amazing! I had such a horrible experience with my last local mover that I was expecting similar situation. Wow, was I surprised! Ga Pack and Load had a very reasonable estimate. Melissa was always a joy to work with and answered every question I had with incredible professionalism and friendliness. She helped me plan every detail of my move. And, just wait until you meet Jesus and his crew. They were fast, efficient, courteous and so professional. Everything I asked them to do always got an immediate positive response. I would almost move everyday if I could have this superior crew to do it ( well, not really want to move everyday day but sure would always ask for this group of gentlemen.) this company is absolutely wonderful to move with.

I recently ended my storage rental with Georgia Pack and Load, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience from beginning to end. Jorge Quintero was professional, helpful, and always courteous. He made the move-out process incredibly smooth, clearly explaining the steps and assisting with any questions I had. Removing my items from storage was hassle-free, and everything was in excellent condition. It’s rare to find a company that treats customers with such care and professionalism. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable moving and storage solution! Special shout out to Melissa who was excellent in communicating with me before the move out.
