1/16/25 My husband ordered flowers for our wedding anniversary. They were shipped UPS and arrived a day later than they were supposed to. They were shipped in the middle of winter to a cold climate without a heat pack, resulting in frozen and dead flowers. When he contacted FTD he was offered a 30% refund?! They were 100% dead, not 30%. When he reached out again and said that was unacceptable they offered they’d also send new flowers. Let’s hope these arrive alive. But also what kind of practice is it to over a 30% refund when the flowers arrive dead and frozen?!?!! Edited 1/21/25 I still find it horrible that we were offered only 30% refund at first for dead flowers… but after filing a complaint they did refund 30% and send new flowers which I received todag. They are pretty, and alive, but they weren’t the ones he picked out for me. The new flowers came from a local shop instead of UPS. Which given our climate was a much better decision on their part.

First they sent the entirely wrong flowers for my wife's birthday. Then I get dead ones for a replacement. Contacted them and at first they only offered me $20 back. Finally got them to half the price. Don't waste your money, call a local florist. Follow up - went to chat on their website... Priya was useless told me to call in.

Ordered the ‘Touch of Honey Anemone’ bouquet for my mom’s birthday. Not a single Anemone in the bunch…complained and they immediately refunded me 25%, which was around $21. Essentially paid over $100 for roses that never bloomed. Don’t waste your time or money.
