Absolutely beautiful flowers delivered this morning from Freddie's flowers! Sent with a lovely vase. Beautifully packaged with brown paper and string inside the box with flowers food x 2 and how to care for. Feel very lucky. Customer service at FFs are excellent. Very nice helpful people.Delivered within the given time slot. Excellent all round.

I don’t usually leave Google reviews, but I’ve had these flowers sitting on my table for a few days now and every guest who comes in asks what happened to them, so here we are. I was really looking forward to trying Freddy’s Flowers. The packaging was lovely, they smelled great, but they arrived already looking a bit limp. I followed all the care instructions straight away, hoping they’d perk up but they never did. The peonies never opened and by day four the whole bouquet looked like it had already done its time. (It looked like it from day 1 but I was hopeful) The most disappointing part is the customer service or complete lack of it. I reached out twice on their live chat for help and never got a reply. It’s honestly impossible to know what to do when things go wrong. It’s a real shame because I was excited to support what seemed like a great idea, but £20 for a bouquet that never even had its moment just feels like a waste.

Even after three weeks, they’re still looking stunning—such great quality and longevity! The service has been excellent, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
