Don’t use this broker. Felt harrassed across the whole process to complete a highly unnecessary amount of steps for a relatively small amount of money. The anount of phone calls, emails and texts received was horrendous - they they were definitely in a hurry to get their fee. I spoke to 2 staff members initially, who went through my credit history. This in itself was overkill, as credit checks and other initial documentation should have ticked the box. There followed a period where I was required to keep calling them back. In the end I had to point out that I was busy, and could we keep it to email communication. The password to the hub that we were required to use hardly ever worked, and yet there was still pressure to complete tasks ‘today’, or they were ‘eager to get it completed’. In the end, I had to block their number. My actual mortgage was far easier than this! Do not use.

By far the easiest part of the whole moving process! Hayden Thomas and Jack McCracken were both excellent. They got us our mortgage quote really quickly and secured an excellent rate for us which I figure will save us big over the years! They stayed in touch throughout. I took about 6 months between getting the quote and drawing down the mortgage but they remained in touch throughout. I am really grateful for the ease and professionalism of this service.

I gave a review weeks ago of how my advisor ghosted me and fair enough, he reached out to me the next day apologizing and I thought why not give the company another chance. Everything was smooth up until the 27th of February my application was submitted. From the 4th of March, my case manager Shannon, kept requesting for unnecessary documents. My partner who gifted me £2500 was asked to write gift letter more than thrice with she telling me his signature didn’t match etc. For every £1 credited to his account, he needed to prove it to the extent that he’s submitted six months bank statement of all three of his accounts. I received a letter on the 19th of March that was dated 6th of March that my mortgage application was refused. Bear in mind that as of the same day, I had sent more bank statements and documents for this same application that had been refused. Barclays told me that they have told Shannon the reason why and she had been informed same day, I was even told the date and the exact time she was informed. I called today 21st of March and Shannon still denied. After she couldn’t anymore, she said the bank only told them today that it was rejected but no reason what stated and she kept it from me to find alternatives. She has still refused to tell me why my application was rejected. I deserve that at the least. Please fluent money, tell me why my mortgage application was rejected that’s all I ask. I really do not want anything to do with you all . I have also asked Shannon that all of my data must be deleted from all your system.
