Reached out to Flooring Direct as we had a rental property which needed re-carpeting. The whole team was a pleasure to work with. From Sam coming out to do the initial measurements, to Terry's advice and guidance as to which carpet would be best for our property which would have high traffic areas and needed to be hard wearing and easy cleaning. They provided a competitive quote and we agreed on a date for the work which we needed a quick turnaround for. The house had just been fully painted and we asked them to be careful with the removal of any old carpet and when putting down the new one to avoid scrapping walls or marking any of the new paint work. They were mindful of this and did a great job fitting the new carpets to a tight deadline. I would highly recommend them for all flooring needs. Great customer service and professional high quality work.

I used this company to remove an existing carpet in our apartment & install a new one. Terry was able to do a site visit on very short notice and provided a quote (which was very reasonable compared to quotes I received from other similar companies) very quickly afterwards. The company was also able to provide the chosen carpet & install it very quickly - only 10 days after the initial site visit. The carpet installer did a great job and we are very happy with the end result. The communication with the company was great - everyone was very helpful and responsive throughout. Would not hesitate to hire again.

Used this company for a complete rewire of sockets and renovation of a bathroom and toilet. Very much regret choosing them. Perhaps they are not used to performing big jobs such as this, and it was outside of their area of expertise. The drainage of the pipes installed is poor, with waste pipes flat rather than sloping downward as needed. They did not connect to mains cold water upstairs but instead used the connection to the tank fed cold water which is at a much lower pressure. The finish of the plugs/re-wiring was poor. It was hard to get them to fix issues once most of the work had been done. We have since got a company with plumbing experience to fix the issues.
