A month ago, I would have given a positive review. I've had a subscription for two years that sent a bottle and 3 tasting bottles every quarter. Honestly those have never been great, but it was fun to try something I wouldn't have tried otherwise, so it was worth it. The best benefit was that I got free shipping on all other orders over $60, which let me buy the bottles I really wanted that were harder to find in my area. However, with no notice in the middle of my subscription period, they cancelled that benefit. Now even after bringing up the change to customer support, I have to pay full price for shipping. The $40 for shipping just makes this not cost effective. I'll be moving my business and buying my advent calendar from Master of Malt instead and getting a better selection of Scotch.

This company is complete waste of money. Got a subscription for a birthday. The bottles they send are at best $50 and most you wouldn’t even drink with a straight face. Low quality. I tried to change a delivery address, and 3 bottles later , I have to reminde them every time to send to a different address. Waste waste waste

We ordered the Advent calendar. It arrived later than expected, and the courier service is very strange and tough to reach, so minus a star for that. However, we had no other problems - it arrived perfectly and my spouse loves it so far. We’d recommend but also haven’t had to reach out to customer service about anything.
