Bismillah. My first time using Ever So Special, I would highly recommend them to others but moreover I would use them again. I can’t thank the team enough for how quickly they got my order made. First thing 9am Ever So picked up my arrangement request, responded back via what’s app advising me Jamila would call to discuss the order. I received a prompt call from her to discuss my order. I needed the order by a certain time initially I was vague with the time and then short while later advised I needed it by 1pm! I didn’t think it would be possible, but Jamila was sympathetic given the sensitive nature and understood. She was professional and was so clear and helpful, it made the whole ordering process so much easier! She communicated so effectively throughout too 5* for everything, service & goods and going above and beyond. I felt ease and knew I didn’t need to worry, it was like talking to a family member who was helping us. I highly recommend them to anyone requiring funeral arrangements especially as I’ve had first hand experience with them. Thank you to the team and Jamila so much, her resting place was covered with your arrangements 🤲🏼 we pray our loved ones place in the hereafter is in the gardens of Jannah Ameen.
