Wrong tickets sent I purchased 2 tickets at $94 each and the tickets I received were for $27 dollar. With another name as purchaser. I was told their tickets are purchased from a third party. And was told to read the policy. The policies were not very clear after I read them. I see from all of the bad reviews no one reads your stupid policies. I also purchased the stupid insurance they offered in case we could not make it to the show. However, the insurance does not cover their scam. I hope you are enjoying all of the money you are making on your scams. Yes, this was my fault for not reading your stupid policies. I will NEVER purchase tickets online ever again. I came from a generation of trusting people and good customer service. Which is long gone from your business. Are you reading all of your bad reviews? I don't think so!

I had an extremely frustrating and shady experience with Event Tickets Center (ETC). I visited their site to view ticket prices but did not complete a purchase—yet they charged my card over $1,200 without my authorization. I immediately contacted them (within an hour) to cancel, only to be told all sales are final, even though no tickets were issued, no confirmation was received, and no product was delivered. Their customer service was unhelpful and evasive. The only way to contact them was via email (which they ignored at first), and when I finally spoke to someone by phone, the assistant manager outright refused to let me speak to a supervisor. Even worse, when I asked if their resellers are legally licensed to operate in Georgia (a legal requirement), they refused to answer. They told me the tickets wouldn’t even be delivered until eight months later, which just seems designed to run out the clock on my ability to dispute the charge. This company acts like a scam operation—they process charges without consent, hide behind “all sales final” language even when nothing has been provided, and won’t offer basic transparency. Avoid Event Tickets Center at all costs. You’ll likely pay triple the actual value, get no real customer support, and risk losing your money altogether.

I purchased tickets for a concert 5 months ago and tickets were promised by the event date. It is the day before and still no tickets- after chatting with customer support agents about not being able to go to the concert and needing time to try to resell the tickets, I still have no tickets or assurance that I would have them in time to make other decisions. Definitely do not recommend, would say buy from another resell site if possible at all costs.
