This is some text inside of a div block.
Easily one of the worst sites to sell on. Their policies always favor buyers over sellers and their customer service is a complete joke. All of their customer service is done overseas by people who can barely speak english. They won't read your appeal or consider it at all, they just side with buyers and call it a day. On top of that, my store was permenately suspended after four years and a 4.5 average rating as a shop. They claimed that this photo violated their prop weapon policy. They threw my appeal in the trash without reading it (again, probably because the customer service team don't speak english) and called it a day. Etsy is an utter joke that cares absolutely nothing for sellers and treats them like garbage. Take your hard work and effort some place else if you're looking to sell.

“For the Ones We Forgot to See” This isn’t politics to me. My family fled a regime that locked people up for existing. I remember the stories, the numbers carved into memory, the shame no one could wash off. So when I saw that Etsy allowed vendors to profit from a modern concentration camp, it wasn’t a headline. It was a flashback. I’ve used Etsy for years. For gifts, for book covers, for that one birthday card that made someone laugh so hard they snorted wine. I wanted it to be better than this. But this? This is a betrayal. A line I will not cross. To the people who see Alligator Alcatraz and shrug, I ask: What will it take for you to care? Do we need to put your cousin behind the fence? Your neighbor? Your child? I deleted my account today not because it’ll change the world, but because it means I won’t fund it. And if nothing else, I’ll know that I didn’t profit from someone else’s cage. Join me. Don’t just post about freedom—practice it. Let the people behind the fences know that someone out here still sees them. We are what we tolerate. And I’m done tolerating this.

I was a frequent buyer on Etsy for years and last week out of nowhere, my account was "temporarily suspended" for no reason and with no warning. I just spent hundreds of dollars on items that I have not received yet. Some of the shops are tying to contact me about my orders but I can't read their messages because I can't sign into my account. I have opened up MANY help ticket requests and I can't get a damn person to respond. Etsy doesn't seem to care at all about customer service or helping people or doing the right thing in any capacity. I am completely disgusted with this horrible company. This could be such a great platform but they refuse to have any support whatsoever for people. Do not do business with Etsy. They have effectively stolen hundreds of dollars from me. Absolute disgrace. Don't fall for the support tickets, you can't follow up with them if you can't sign into your account. Total joke.
