Horrible experience with EASYJET HOLIDAYS. They nearly destroyed our summer holidays. In Gatwick airport, the gate closed before it was shown in the air port screen because it was a shuttle gate. The EASYJET staff in the gate was rude with us, the EASYJET staff in the information center mistake on gate number and said it was my faulty if I missed the flight, and no refund was expected, in a rude manner. I called easyjet Holiday Support team at +443301235025, and I had to book another flight ticket for GBP220.00 to still enjoy my holiday package. Definitely, it was not my mistake once I followed the instructions in the airport screen, and it is the only communication passagers has about his flight instructions. No refund or apologise given at all. Ever never buy a HOLIDAYS PACKAGE from EASYJET again. The customer service in Gatwick Airport is rude and not helpful at all. F****** nightmare

Got charged £48 extra because the wheels of my bag were too big! I'm wheelie annoyed! The staff member had the card machine ready to scam me while rubbing his hands together. Should be called SleazyJet! Cheap flight though . . . . well, it was! Edit: And would you believe it, a piece fell off the wing! Maybe they'll put the £48 towards getting it repaired someday 🤞🏽#GladToBeAlive

Very sad company. They let you pay 25 euro's for the so called DOHOP service. It means that they take care of your luggage. You even have to pay when you only have carry-on luggage. Yes a lot of service with Easy 'earning money' Jet. Thank God there are other, and much better, operators.
