Last min booking as my ride from airport got cancelled. Price was really cheap at $28.19 a day. What should cost me $117 in total cost me $205.77 extra without me knowing. They also decided to give me my receipt via email 24 hrs later. I was charged extra for upgrade fee without me knowing. They upgraded my vehicle without telling me about. I signed for deposit, Idid not see anywhere it shows that there will be a upgraded fee. Why if we book something standard they decide to upgrade us with a fee attached? Car was half full and had to return it half full. It was clean. I don't have a problem paying extra for the car but it was never stated or shown to be uphand. I suggest you watch the keypad properly and ask if they do anything else. When traveling always expect these outcomes and extra cost so it doesn't phase me. All I want is for next time they tell before hand they will be and upgrade fee. I would book again with them because of price but they missed the 5 star as they did not disclose upgrade fee to me

On Tuesday, 4/29, my car broke down. While using the T-Mobile app, I saw a Tuesday special for rental cars and decided to sign up. I was directed to Easirent, and a pickup/drop-off address was provided. I even posted a photo of the address to report it because it turned out to be incorrect. After realizing it was the wrong location, I had to take another Uber and make several calls to find the correct place. I eventually arrived at 1777 McCoy Rd, where I had to wait until my name was called. Thankfully, I was helped by STEPHONE , who was awesome and easygoing. It was my first time renting a car, at that location and he made the experience much easier. Thank you 🙏🏻 There was a bit of a wait while my insurance was verified (a first-time process for me), and I was also a bit confused about the SunPass rules and the additional fees. I’m used to renting from Budget, so this was a new experience. Later, I reported the license plate to the SunPass company as a rental car and called the Easirent office directly to notify them about a pending charger on the tag from 4/24 at 5 PM. Past rental I had picked up the car on 4/29 at noon. The representative said she would make a note of it. I also contacted T-Mobile to let them know I appreciated the offer but wanted to share the confusion and inconvenience about the wrong pickup address. I’m not complaining—just trying to help everyone be on the same page so this doesn’t happen to someone else. The people at the incorrect address told me this has happened before, so I hope it can be fixed going forward. Thank you 😊 Correct address is 1777 McCoy Rd
