I was incredibly worried about this move. The email and setup process with Dumbo was uneccesarily confusing and a little archaic. I received last-minute emails requesting random things the day before my move—photos of my driver’s license and credit card, and an additional deposit—all of which I refused to do. At this point I was convinced I had been scammed out of my original deposit. I started frantically reading more reviews and was terrified. I couldn’t sleep at all. I was up all night trying to come up a new plan. The next day—Steven and Stefan (truck #99) arrived at my apartment—early—to say I was surprised they even showed up would be an understatement. Steven quickly accessed my apartment/boxes and got to work. I was worried that with only two guys, it might take a while, but they loaded my one-bedroom apartment in lightening speed. They were so pleasant and easy to deal with even offering to help take things to my car! My move was to a storage unit two hours away. They arrived quickly to the 2nd location. What happened next is something I can’t stop thinking about! Steven organized my storage unit so that I could easily access everything—walkways through my boxes and my labels all facing out. This way, I can easily access everything until I’m ready to move into my house. I didn’t ask for this, NEVER would have even thought to do it that way, and I couldn’t sing their praises more! I sent pictures to my friends and they couldn’t believe the movers did it! Overall, my experience with Steven and Stefan was above and beyond anything I could have expected. I couldn’t recommend them more. They provided top-tier custom service and professionalism.

They worked tirelessly all day and never once turned down a challenge—even when the furniture seemed impossible to get in, they found a way. They were professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled with care. I highly recommend asking for Leo and Truck 145 if you want your move done right. Can’t thank them enough!

I just moved yesterday with an incredible crew—Giorgi and Beka from crew #082—and let me tell you, it was an EPIC experience! This was my very first booking with Dumbo Moving, and I didn’t even have to do any research; from my first conversation with Ray, I knew I was in good hands. They are on top of everything, ensuring that you're fully prepared for your move! These guys are not only affordable but also incredibly professional and efficient. They were so helpful, completely knew their stuff, and treated my belongings like they were their own. To top it all off, they even arrived early! I can't recommend them enough—HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend!
