This is some text inside of a div block.
Absolute nightmare ordering all fittings for our bathroom from Drench. Almost EVERYTHING arrived faulty or was damaged in transit, and we've barely been compensated for the issues this has caused. - The tap for the sink - we bought this new, and I think it is fair enough to expect it to be a new product. No such luck - when we fitted it, it leaked. Our plumber diagnosed it as an issue with the valve, and when we looked closer we could see it had sealant all round it, where someone had previously tried to fix it, couldn't, then returned it. And then we'd been sold that faulty return. - Extractor fan - this was fitted, but we could not for the life of us get the humidity sensor to work. We were on the phone to the manufacturer's technical support until they diagnosed it as faulty. Then we had a back and forth with Drench before they finally sent a replacement. - Acrylic bath tub - this arrived on the pallet and looked fine initially. But when our fitters went to fit it, there were a) bad scratches and b) a large chip due to insufficient packaging. Unfortunately, we had to fit this regardless as it would have cost us and delayed us significantly given our fitter's availability. - Acrylic bath side panel - the packaging for this was absolutely outrageous given how flimsy the product is. Arrived completely cracked in two. Ordering from Drench has caused us so many issues, cost us much more in labour costs, and delayed our bathroom significantly. Complete nightmare as we only have that one bathroom. We spent nearly £2500 with this company, and for our troubles we got a measly £45 knocked off the bath because we had to install a faulty product. This won't come close to covering the cost of a repair. Drench said they couldn't do more than that, arguing that we should have waited for all items to arrive and then checked them thoroughly before booking fitters. This is completely impractical because a) fitters are busy and we needed to book them 3 months in advance, b) we had no space to store an entire new bathroom, c) the fitters need lots of the packaging on during installation to avoid damage - the chip to the bath we only discovered after we'd fitted and taken off the protective plastic. There is a slim chance that if you order one item from this company, you may get lucky and live to tell the tale. But we would advise avoiding at ALL COSTS.

Utterly terrible experience. My Butler and Rose (Drench own brand) sink doesn’t fit the vanity unit it is supplied with and cannot be flush with the wall, but because it’s within its -/+ 5% of its ceramic tolerance (no other brand does this) it is not a fault! And Drench will not take responsibility to exchange (which cannot be done in person) and a substantial fee is in incurred.

This is officially the worst experience I have had with an online retailer in 30 years. The customer service from Drench has been despicable, they are not customer focused and they will not help you when you have an issue with one of their own products. Reasons for using Drench: 1)Competitive prices. Only use them if you unequivocally know if something goes wrong you can afford to right off the money paid to Drench. Drench will either blame you/installer for the issue or you will spend weeks of your life battling with idiots claiming to know something about the products they sell. Reasons not to use Drench: 1)Reviews are rigged. I wrote a few negative reviews for items purchased and I received an email to say approved but they were never published on the website. 2)BJS their two man delivery team roll you boxed marked fragile around on the and then leave, they will plough over your neighbours gardens and do whatever they like. They are inexperienced, rude and ignorant. 3)When asked for some support with adjusting a shower enclosure runner I had to send a biography or emails and still they could not tell me I needed to put an allen key in the grub screw and turn it. No reachable technical support or anyone that has knowledge of what they sell. 4)2 months after my bathroom fitter installed the bathroom the seals on the shower enclosure : Harbour quadrant shower which is a brand created for them started to fail. Water was seeping under the seal that hold the glazing in place and the same with the vertical sealed water was being pushed to the outside of shower. After many pictures and videos of an immaculate bathroom where it has been conformed a good install they blame my installer. They blame my installer for the quality of the seal? Yes that is correct. Some of the seals are already discolouring also yet that is also the fault of my installer. We live in a soft to medium water area so little scale, a squeegee and shower spray is used after every shower along with weekly cleaning as standard. They have a 25 year time served installer that needs to go to Specsavers as he can't tell what is a good or bad install but also Drench could not provide me with any evidence when asked why they had concluded a bad install. 5)No official complaints procedure. Unless you have purchased a third party brand they you are on your own when something goes wrong. I had been asking for a manager for weeks and only until the very last email did one come out of the woodwork to say she agree with her so called expert . The same expert who made up he been trying to call me when there was not evidence of this yet again. 6)False advertising, upon fitting the shower we were missing the profile covers as advertised and confirmed by Drench, the pictures were wrong and we were given false information. However after this was reported they are still displaying the same covers that are not present. Would I purchase anything from this company again, never! They are what we call a scam in the retail world and I have worked in the retail industry at all levels for 30 years both on the high street and online. You can get some good deals but you may well pay for this down the line and if you have to buy buy from a brand then at least your warranty lies elsewhere. Anyone can write a review on Google but look at the reviews on Trust pilot and other review sited before purchasing. A very regrettable purchase that will cost you. You will get a lot of flannel and apologies from this company but the amount of time invested will tip you over the edge.

Reviews Summary

Customer sentiment towards Drench, a bathroom and plumbing fixtures retailer, is predominantly negative based on recent reviews. Reviewers consistently note issues such as receiving faulty or damaged products, delivery delays, and a lack of satisfactory compensation for resulting inconveniences. Several customers highlight communication problems and report poor or unhelpful responses from customer service staff, further undermining trust. A few reviews mention that exchange and returns processes were cumbersome or costly, and instances of missing parts or misleading product images were also cited.

Common feedback includes problems with delivery reliability, product quality control, and after-sales support. Complaints about Drench’s willingness to accept responsibility or process refunds feature heavily, with several customers describing protracted disputes or feeling blamed for faults. Only a minority of reviewers mention prompt resolution or satisfactory handling of mistakes. While some goods are occasionally described as good quality, negative experiences related to the operation and customer handling overshadow these positives.

Overall, Drench is regarded by reviewers as a risky option for bathroom supply purchases, particularly for customers in the UK seeking high-value orders or extensive renovations. Many cite higher than expected stress, costs, and project delays, with only sporadic examples of effective service recovery. The company’s reputation is currently marked by inconsistencies in reliability, communication, and issue resolution.
