I came to Douglas and Gordon after 2 months of failed property searches. I spoke to Rosie in Lettings who found me a property with all the requirements we discussed within a matter of days. She didn't send me anything I didn't want to see and the process was quick from start to finish. She wasn't pushy and was lovely- which is rare to say about agents nowadays! Additionally, Harry (the lettings manager) was equally helpful and lovely. He got all the paperwork & negotiations with the landlord done as quickly as possible. Every question I had about the process was answered the same day. It was genuinely the easiest experience I've ever had renting a property. I'm very happy with the apartment and I HIGHLY recommend both agents!

I would like to congratulate Douglas & Gordon on their quality service. Ally Carberry has been an absolute star helping me to find a beautiful 2 bed room apartment in the South West. She was knowledgeable and had answers for all my questions. Trust was essential here because I had to rent the apartment from aboard and relied on Ally's excellent judgment and taste. No hidden fees and great transparency. I would definitely use their services again. Big thank you to Ally & team.
