The range of products is solid—TVs, appliances, laptops, accessories—but some high-demand items (like Apple Watches or budget TVs) weren’t available when I went, which was a little disappointing. Staff-wise, I was pleasantly surprised. A team member went above and beyond to help me choose the right washing machine, even arranging fast delivery. However, there were a couple of moments where I had to wait around to find someone free. So while the help is great when you get it, it can feel understaffed at times. Delivery was fast—my appliance arrived within 48 hours, and the delivery team was polite and careful. I haven’t had to return anything yet, but based on what I overheard at the desk, returns might be a slower process. Very disappointing experience. We waited for over half an hour and spoke to three different service assistants, but none of them offered any meaningful help with our purchase. Staff members appeared disinterested, simply standing around or walking back and forth without helping purchases. Very poor customer service. We will never visit this branch again.
