Had a great experience with Jose Flores and his helper Mike installed a sound bar and an 85” all with in 20 minutes from the moment they arrived they were very polite and professional. I needed assistance on how to install an app and without hesitation Jose came and assisted me he was very knowledgeable. Would 100% recommend these two gentlemen to assist with any future installations . Thank you once again!

I went there today and had the worst customer service in a while. I was there to pick up something that I bought from another store. So I asked someone where is the pick counter. She directed me to the next desk. And continue ask me questions as I'm walking to next desk. So then she goes to the next person's and relays what I just told her. Then he does understand what she talking and the calls someone else over and ask him about it. His name was Daniel. Daniel knows what I am here to pick up but the he said the other said it needs to be transferred over plus I can't pick up unless the account hold is here. But he never ask me if I was the account holder. Which I am, so then he says he only has them in the box and to have it them build it the have a outside company build it and it wouldn't be for a couple weeks because they can't call them out just for one bike. So I said I'll take it in the box. Then he say also the warranty is void if you build it wrong. So he sends someone to get the bike and then tells me all sells are final and can't return it. Then bring it out in a regular shopping cart. Then didn't even bother to ask me if I need help. They didn't even bring the cart outside. I had to push the cart from inside store to outside even knocked something over because I didn't have help. The manager that help me was Daniel and his costumer service was really bad. I had girlfriend on the phone and he she said why are they acting like that. That was rude.
