I just received the card and is my 1st month using it. I have had great experience so far. Easy to activate. I was very happy to be given the chance to prove my creditworthiness and establish good credit and this card is helping in doing so. Only negative is I have had issues with the app and customer service wasn’t able to resolve which leaves me having to use the phone number for checking balance, reviewing transactions and paying.my bill.

Absolutely deplorable company to deal with that does not honor or follow through with requests made to verify identity due to a recent move. First, I was told my pay stub wasn't dated which is why the account was closed. Having worked at the same company a good majority of my life and being very familiar with how payroll is processed, I immediately called that into question and even pointed out on my pay stub in 3 separate areas where the check is dated. OK, they escalate me to a supervisor. Said supervisor then says my passport does not satisfy their ID requirements. What? The letter clearly I was sent from CREDIT ONE THEMSELVES clearly states a driver's license or any other government issued ID will satisfy this requirement. A passport carries absolute flexibility in identifying an individual. Supervisor then says because the passport isn't in color that it doesn't count. Again, what? The new US passport format isn't in color. So then they fish for another issue, that being my address. The utility bill address and address on my pay stub didn't match. My company's system to update the address on payroll can take a pay cycle to reflect the change. The address on my application and utility bill were the same address of my recent move. Yet another shifty response from supervisor. I then told them to just forget it and keep the account closed. The inquiry for the trade line needs to be deleted off my credit report or I WILL dispute it. What a joke of a company

The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Truly deserves a negative 25 star rating. I have been lied to, harassed, and intentionally misinformed repeatedly. I not only experienced this at the call center level but even more so when I reached corporate support in Las Vegas. I had a Terrie tell me two completely different things three weeks apart. I spoke with four other senior level customer service reps who each also gave conflicting information. I was an obvious victim of identify theft, I provided all documentation and after being told this was being resolved. I was just told today I had to start all over and work through the credit agency. After wasting months of my time, thousands of dollars in loans I should easily qualify for and tremendous emotional distress I was told something completely different again today. We can not help, leave us alone, and the only way to escalate above me is to snail mail corporate. We'll that letter is coming, from my attorney. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!! COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE!!!!
