We’ve had a truly disappointing experience, particularly with Emma Smith. Over two weeks ago, we sent over important requested documents and followed up multiple times—yet we’ve had no reply at all. No acknowledgement, no update, no indication of progress. Just silence. As first-time buyers, we expected some level of guidance or at the very least, basic communication. Instead, we’ve been left completely in the dark. When Emma is away (which is frequent), there’s no handover or support—just bounce-back emails and delays. Even when we’ve clearly expressed our concerns, they’ve been ignored. We’ve been waiting weeks for an updated contract reflecting the new purchase price, something we’ve asked for repeatedly and still haven’t received. If we were given occasional, detailed updates, we wouldn’t feel the need to constantly chase or write emails out of frustration. The whole experience has felt careless and dismissive. I would not recommend using them based on our experience. The lack of communication and professionalism is completely unacceptable.
