Absolutely lovely staff at the Bullring store. Linda was incredibly helpful and I would not have found what I wanted without her (including finding out I’ve been wearing the wrong size shoes for the last 5 years!) She is a credit to the store. A big thank you from a very happy customer

We went into Clark’s while visiting the Bullring in Birmingham and what a pleasant experience we had. It’s very hard to have an unpleasant experience with a Clark shoe and I totally appreciate the outstanding customer service given by Linda. They have an amazing collection of the old school Clark’s as well as a great collection of newer models

Great service from Linda. Linda brought sizes 5.5 wide and 6.5 as there was no size 6 in the colour of the shoe I liked. The 5.5 wide fit and I have been wearing these for a few days - they are really comfortable and I am very pleased. Thank you Linda
