We've completed 4 or 5 viewings with CJ Hole, Ethan Buckler who showed us round was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He quickly understood what we were looking for and was always ready to give important information when required. Ethan was also excellent and backing away when we were deep in conversation or needed a quiet moment. Overall the booking process was a little bit of a faff because of the number of properties and our schedules - none of that was Ethan's fualt but that's why it's only 4 stars.

I had a great experience with Minnie during my recent property viewing. She was by far the loveliest letting agent I’ve met so far: friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Communication was swift and straightforward from the start, she even sent clear information in advance about what would be needed to make an offer, which was really helpful. After the viewing, she promptly answered all the follow-up questions I had forgotten to ask, too. Overall, she made the whole process smooth and clear, many thanks for a great work!

Whole team from viewing to finalising contracts have been extremely helpful. Ethan was brilliant and helped us view the property on 2 occasions. Max was especially helpful with the last stages, guiding us through the process clearly and always there to help with any queries. Thank you!
