I give them 2 stars instead of 1 because of how quickly they got us moved. Other than that, I cannot stress how disappointed we were in how they handled our property. Initially they asked if we wanted “insurance” against damage, which was an increase in price by hundreds. We thought to ourselves, “surely they are a reputable company that knows what they’re doing, so surely we don’t need to pay more for them to do a good job.” We were quite surprised to find out that wasn’t true. It felt like, the addition “insurance” option was to ensure the movers took better care of the items being moved. So we opted not to pay the additional “insurance” and were left with many pieces of furniture being damaged. Our king size solid wood bed frame was left with a large visible scratch in the wood. A nightstand was broken but set up to make it look as if it wasn’t. Our guest bed was broken in such a way that it wouldn’t stay together properly. Lastly, our Pottery Barn dining table was left with a scratch that went deep into the wood. I could not in good conscience recommend this company and would not choose to do business with them again. I purposely chose to wait a while before leaving a review for the purpose of not leaving one in anger. However, I felt our interaction was substantial enough to prepare others for what kind of service they may receive. I’m uncertain how the service may change based on if “insurance” is added, but I believe if a company cannot be trusted to perform a service well based on their original moving charges, they may not be a reputable company to give even more money to just to perform the original service. Que the automated response of, we’re so sorry, if we had known, we don’t find you in our system…”

We had a great experience with Charlies Angels! The moving team was on time came with all the equipment needed and a large truck. They had a wonderful attitude and actually helped the experience be calm and efficient. They were also very careful with our belongings. Moving can be very upsetting and chaotic… and they helped make it much less stressful! Thank you for everything! We would not hesitate to refer you to others or use you on our next move!
