This is some text inside of a div block.
I ordered a case and was charged twice- when inquired with customer service they said “your bank must’ve charged the second time and we can’t do anything”- the bank says no it came from them. Casetify then says they’ll be refunding me the amount of one- it never happened and they asked me to change my review, I said I wouldn’t until they refunded like they stated they would- they then told me to please ignore that email and told me the case was delivered (which wasn’t my issue). The customer service is awful and you’ll be charged extra hidden fees from the company on cases that are already more expensive than they should be. The final resolution they wanted to give me was a 10% off code (not the refund for charging me twice) - and that never even happened. I was a first time customer and I won’t be shopping there again.

I rarely review businesses with low ratings but wow I definitely am not going to be a repeating customer. Their designs are exceptional and unique but the quality and customer service is terrible. I've bought a case and found it to be poorly printed. It's misaligned and is blurry. I emailed the CS team with a reply saying it's the artists fault and that they are unable to alter the art to fix it. They apologized without any resolution and closed my case. If the print of the artists are not up to par with a certain standard, should it not also be up to the company's responsibility to cross check and ensure that the artwork is acceptable? It's unreasonable to charge $100 for a case that looks like a $10 knock off. I guess all the up charge is spent funding freebies to influencers and celebs. Super disappointing.

It's not worth it at all save your money. These are some of if not the most expensive cases on the market that claim all kinds of stuff to make it worth the price let me tell you I've never been more disappointed in a purchase. I haven't had it a month I haven't dropped my phone once there's dents in the thing around the camera the design is already starting to peel off from the sides. My casely cases which are 35 dollars (and they actually have tons of sales I just got 4 cases on bogo I paid around 70 for 4 cases that's literally one casetify case) my other casely cases are way older have been through the ringer dropped multiple times they look basically new. I've bought 10$ Amazon cases that offered better camera protection, lasted longer, and still look new meanwhile I spent close to 70$ on this case it's been less than a month no drops and it's already peeling looking like crap. Another thing I have a huge problem with is it really doesn't seem to protect your camera like at all if you dropped it the right way your camera is done for. I wouldn't recommend these cases and I'll never waste money on one again. Go with casely way better value way better quality cases. Hell even the knockoff casetify cases off Amazon are WAY better and more durable. In my opinion these cases are all hype no actual substance this case sucks I could've bought 4 or more cases for the same price. I'm waiting on my new casely cases to show up today I will be adding pictures I ordered the same case I had on my old phone it's been through it lol and it'll look just like the new one that arrives. I love trying out new cases this has by far been the most disappointing waste of money.
