I'm a long time user of Cardyard, indeed I've recommended it to people. However, my recent experience has been very disappointing. I bought a £250 voucher and went to use it online. After checking, the card only had £54 of credit on it. I logged this with them immediately and told an investigation would need to be opened. After checking, they said it's usually completed in three working days. I checked in after three days and still don't have a response. I emailed again to let them know how disappointed I am, and again. no response. I emailed again to let them know that I would have to request a chargeback on my credit card to reclaim the funds, and still no response. It would have been relatively easy for them to resolve this issue. Firstly responding to emails, and secondly issuing a refund. Instead I'm left in a position where I am out of money, and having to spend time with my bank to get the funds back to me. Edit: They have replied and stated that the refund was issued before I wrote this review. If they had bothered to reply to any of my emails then they could have told me the refund was being issued. Sadly they did not - very poor customer service, but always happy to jump on negative reviews!

I have made 65 individual purchases from Cardyard and sold 4 gift voucher through them also. Therefore, I believe I have enough experience and knowledge to give a honest and unbiased review. From a buying perspective, the process is pretty smooth and fast. Once I have purchased a gift voucher, I usually receive it within 10 minutes. Out of the 65 individual purchases I have only had two issues: 1: An Amazon gift voucher was stated at one value and when redeemed it was lower. The customer services sorted this out promptly and refunded the difference. 2: An Argos gift voucher was invalid due to one character being incorrect. The customer service resolved this within a reasonable amount of time but it wasn't right away which is unfortunate as I was purchasing the item when I discovered this. However this is understandable. From a selling perspective, all vouchers where sold without issue and all payment times are explained before committing to selling them. The only issue with this process, is for some people the time between the voucher being sold and receiving payment may be too long, and cause frustration. The only other thing I can add is the website has a notification feature to tell you when gift vouchers are available. However, the notification usually comes too late and the gift vouchers are gone by the time you try to buy them.
