Bourton Hall Reviews

My daughter got married at Bourton Hall on 6th June 2025. The place is stunning, the staff were super efficient, the food was comparable to a top restaurant even though they were catering for nearly 100 guests. The rooms were beautiful (all bedrooms had tea and coffee making facilities). Lee our wedding planner was so friendly and relaxed yet he was totally on the ball and made sure everything ran to plan. These guys know what they are doing, it’s a super slick operation and although they host hundreds of weddings each year, for the time we spent there it felt like “ours” and very exclusive. To say my daughter had the best day ever there is an under statement. The whole day was perfect and I am so pleased we picked Bourton Hall.

We got married at Bourton Hall on 6th June 2025 and I have to say it was the most incredible venue. Our wedding manager Lee was amazing at communicating throughout the day (keeping us updated without becoming overbearing) and during the planning process was able to respond to all my queries in a timely manner. It never felt like anything was too much of an ask! My bridesmaids and I stayed in the cottage on-site for the night before and despite there being a wedding that evening it was quiet and peaceful with spacious rooms and plenty of places to hang up dresses - it felt very thought out that this would be needed! On the day, Lee arrived early with an incredible spread of food (it looked like something you’d get at a high class restaurant!) and helped transport everything over to the main building. All the staff were friendly and organised, and the turnaround from the night before was impeccable. The whole day from start to finish was perfect - I had one staff member with me and my dad helping get my train perfect for the aisle walk as we were coming through the main doors (apart from my bridesmaids) which was something I hadn’t even thought of but really appreciated. The food was absolutely outstanding - if you got that in a restaurant you’d be thrilled and to think it was serving nearly 100 guests it was really impressive to get that level of quality. The grounds were impeccable and the guests loved the outdoor games. I could go on and on… thank you Lee and the rest of the staff for the best day of our lives. I am so thrilled we chose Bourton Hall and recommend it to anybody who’s thinking of booking a wedding!
