Beautiful office and campus. A company truly invested in the community and its employees, love Bill! Besides the general location, I'm personally a fan of their automated payments and billable tracking. It was a low barrier to entry in both cost and learning curve; all together reducing my overhead. I recommend it to everyone I know in the small business world.

Glitchy UX and awful customer service. I've spent 6+ hours getting the go-around from their team over chat and 3+ via phone; they make me repeat myself over and over each time. I've gone through the steps to add my business checking account to my profile over TWENTY times; each time, a pop-up appears on screen saying that it fails to authenticate. However, each time, I also receive an email from Bill.com congratulating me on adding a new account to my profile. Bill.com agent told me I needed to call my bank; I called my bank and they've confirmed that there are no issues with my account. Bill.com then tried to blame the glitch on GIACT, who they said is a third-party they hire to authenticate bank accounts. Bill's agent gave me a number to a GIACT call center robot that either hangs up or directs me to a voicemail box that is full. When I called Bill.com back to request actual contact info for GIACT and/or make them fix the problem with their vendor, they refused to offer any assistance at all, and kept me on the line for an hour only to say that they would not give me any other contact info for GIACT, other than a physical mailing address, so that I could send snail mail to request resolution. Bill.com agent refused to hold their vendor accountable, and said that for “my situation” that they refuse to contact GIACT directly to request resolution for the glitch. I’ve elevated my tickets twice and was verbally guaranteed that someone would reach out to me from the leadership team by a specific date. This promise was broken and I’ve yet to hear back from anyone (other than the reply to this review with a written promise that the leadership team would be in touch).
