Absolutely awful experience – avoid at all costs. From start to finish, this was one of the worst parking experiences I’ve ever had. When we arrived to drop off the car, no staff were present. We waited around until someone finally showed up and demanded £12 for the Heathrow drop-off fee, without any proper explanation or warning. The driver who took us to the terminal offered no help with our luggage, and to make things worse, he was on the phone the entire time while driving which is both illegal and unsafe. On return, the service got even worse. As soon as I collected my luggage, I followed the instructions in the confirmation email and called the number provided. The person who answered was extremely rude, didn’t even say hello, and barely paid attention to what I was saying. He told me to go to Level 4, where I had originally been dropped off. After waiting 25 minutes, the driver called to ask where I was I told him Level 4. He then snapped, saying “What do you want me to do, fly?” completely unprofessional. When I called the customer service number again to complain, I was told we should’ve been at Level 2, not Level 4 so we had to grab all our luggage and rush downstairs. Eventually, after over an hour and 20 minutes of waiting, the driver turned up. Still no apology, no explanation just pure rudeness. To top it all off, the driver smelled strongly of alcohol, and our car was left unattended with the engine running and the keys inside. The customer service is absolutely appalling, there is zero professionalism, and the way I was spoken to both on the phone and in person was disgusting. The email claims you'll be greeted by “friendly drivers.” That couldn’t be further from the truth. This company needs to be investigated and held accountable. Avoid B Parking – they are unsafe, unprofessional, and unreliable.
