I’ve had a package of dermapen and hydro facial sessions and laser sessions with them, and I can say that I absolutely loved the results! Their staff is lovely especially Heba! She’s the reason why I booked these sessions, I always appreciate her advice and make sure that I book my sessions with her

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Beauty&Melody Laser Clinic, and I must say that my experience there exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff that immediately made me feel comfortable. The clinic itself was clean, modern, and well equipped. Laser hair removal is so much better than having to shave all the time

I was reluctant to leave a review, however having had the worst customer service for a genuine complaint I feel compelled to do so. Not sure where to start… first of all the aesthetician burnt me because she didn’t cover my tattoo properly, I was left with a botched and swollen tattoo.. they offered me 3 free sessions… when I went back to them they refused service as I had recently been diagnosed with cancer. I had previously informed them of my health condition over the phone and even cancelled an appointment because of this, however when I arrived to my appointment they informed me I could no longer have treatments as it was too risky. I asked them for a refund as I was very unhappy with their services overall. They have since refused to refund me and instead provided me with a “gift voucher” which I can’t use because they only offer aesthetic services now. Rude and dismissive phone handler.. 30 days to respond to complaints with no real resolution… no option to escalate complaint.. went to store last week to buy shampoo and hair products to make use of the voucher but was told they stopped offering beauty services website also still stating they offer beauty services… apparently they sent an email out to everyone.. which surprise surprise not true. So many nicer clinics around Harley street that have better customer service and are more professional. Will leave this up here until they find the time to resolve my complaint… not like I asked to get cancer or for my tattoo to be burnt
