Although there were challenges in the past, I appreciate the efforts made by the new property manager to rectify previous shortcomings and prioritizing the needs of the tenant and property owner. Special mention to Kevin for his exceptional assistance with leasing matters. His professionalism has made the process smooth. In conclusion, while my past experience may have been mixed, the new positive changes have improved my perception of the company.
