This is some text inside of a div block.
Paid for next day delivery and despite not getting my tracking number till the day of delivery, product was delivered next day. Sealed in box replacement case for earphones having lost my previous case. Product seems brand new and functioning (power light comes on) though I need to test my earphones charging in them once home. But for first time experience with this company no complaints so far. I will keep updated on the product quality.

I was about to order a Pixel 9A But unfortunately, instead of being the retail price £499 It seems to be sitting at the price of £393 - But it is not clear on the website whether it’s new or refurbished or used. I find the same discrepancy with the Pixel 9 Pro where they retails for £999 - but on this website, it’s £635. Look at other reviews based on getting the wrong part or it’s not as expected on Google And the phrase too good to be true comes Into effect. I would also not trust the Trust pilot reviews Because they can be removed if the company don’t like them it is not a very good metric for reliable anymore Google reviews Is because they do not delete reviews when the company request it. Finally take a look at how they’ve responded to negative reviews and the underlying sarcastic tone may have used, I have not even ordered a product yet, but I can see if I order something there WILL be something wrong with it for that price.

Deeply Disappointing & Threatening Customer Service My experience with Ballicom was profoundly disappointing, primarily due to the appalling customer service I received from a representative named Josh. Josh displayed a completely unprofessional and threatening attitude during our interaction. Instead of resolving the issue caused by their team, his demeanor was hostile and intimidating. Feeling threatened by a customer service agent is completely unacceptable and reflects terribly on Ballicom. This interaction has severely damaged my trust in your company. I expected basic competence and courtesy; instead, I encountered hostility. I strongly advise others to be wary of Ballicom's customer support. Avoid if you value respectful service.
