AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Placed an order last week via Amazon and was advised Wednesday/Thursday delivery. I then contacted the company to ask for an exact date and was told Wednesday/Thursday but couldn't give me any more info than that. I've had my wife wait in for 2 days without delivery so called the company to be told they will now deliver on Saturday because I live near Liverpool and the van wasn't going to Liverpool until Saturday. No apology! Nothing! When I complained about the fact I'd been told Wednesday/Thursday I was told I could either take delivery on Saturday or cancel the order! Absolute waste of time!!!!! Customer service is a joke!

After purchasing an RC truck from them and having an issue from the get go I popped back to store and exchanged for another. No problems or hassle. The team here are great, very helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely buy purchasing more :D

Ordered twice with Appliance Electronics and they are absolutely fantastic. Rapid dispatch times and arrived well packaged. I hadn’t put the correct billing address when checking out and they were really good on the phone expediting me to the right person to talk to who very quickly sorted the problem. Will always order my RC batteries from them from now on!
