For the second time without warning ANNA Money has frozen my account with no prior warning. I found out my account was frozen after sending a payment that simply didn't arrive. This was at 11pm on a Sunday night, leaving me with nothing but an AI bot to communicate with. I have been greeted with copy and paste responses whilst my money is in limbo and I am unable to use my business account. I have multiple accounts, both business and personal and have never encountered an issue like this before. The customer service from this company is appalling, and there tendency to just "freeze" your account when they feel like it is a bit scary in all honesty. As I am writing this I still don't know where the payment i made last night is or when it will arrive, nor have a I been given any time frame as to when this will be sorted, nor was I given any prior warning or informed once my account was frozen. I will be making use of other platforms as this is completely unacceptable. By reading the reviews it doesn't seem that ANNA MONEY understands that a businesses bank is how a business stays alive, how else are you meant to operate with no access to your funds ?

Nightmare of an organisation. Start up business and didn't like a payment linked to an invoice from there own system. Account won't send or receive payments while they look into it on an indefinite timeline. While when it works this is a great platform but when something like this happens it turns into a nightmare. Have had so many lies told today. They have been looking at the problem since 12.35pm and still send the same message back....you'll get a message in the app when we know more.

If there was an option of ZERO STARS then that’s what I would have selected. ANNA MONEY have not only decided to freeze my account and withhold thousands of pounds they seem to find it acceptable to refuse to give me any details as to why, even after sending them the requested information the same day they think it’s acceptable to keep the account frozen for over 6 weeks. Regardless of the huge inconvenience this has caused the still refuse to share my requested information even after it was instructed by our FCA representative. To this day it has been over 6 weeks and still not sorted 6 whole weeks since they requested 3 pieces of information yes 3, 1 page documents then after 5 weeks requested another 3 yet in all that time refuse to speak to you, refuse to offer any reason even refusing to share our requested information. If your company can operate on these terms with such terrible terrible service then ANNA Money could be the perfect bank for you. If not then all I can suggest if you do you and your business the biggest favour and pass this by. We are also I the process of using our social media company to find out how many other businesses have been treated with such unacceptable service as everyone you is considering trusting or is currently using this business to hold THEIR MONEY deserves to know how unsafe, untrustworthy and impossible to deal with ANNA MONEY are .
