Disappointed to say the least My first and last time flying with Air Transat. Outbound from the UK, the plane was dirty (seat pocket still had rubbish), headphones were charged at $6 for the lowest quality imaginable, and the entertainment selection was very limited. Return flight was even worse—crew looked tired and unprofessional, service was slow, and the pre-ordered halal meal was nothing but cabbage and rice drowned in ketchup. When I complained, the response was dismissive, and I wasn’t offered a proper alternative. Paid menu items were stale and bitter, and only credit cards were accepted. To top it off, our polite goodbyes at the end of the flight were completely ignored. Felt disrespectful and borderline racist. Compared to Emirates, BA, Turkish, and other major carriers, this was the worst airline experience I’ve had in decades of travel. Avoid at all costs

Almost 2 yrs waiting to get refund or voucher confirmation due to Air Transat cancelling flight during Covid. Still can’t get answers from Customer Service. Several attempts both with email or telephone with no answer
