I’ve used ZORO as a supplier for my custom SUP and surfboard rack company, as well as for building expedition white water catarafts. We are now also using Zoro to build our freshwater hot tub racks. These are hot tubs for those that would like to get away from the fiberglass, chlorine, and daily 24/7 electricity used by most traditional hot tubs.

I am always hesitant to order from someone new, but I needed these safety goggles, and Zorro, Inc. had them. Wow, I was impressed not only with the price, but also with the speed of the delivery! Exactly what I was looking for, arrived quickly, no issues at all. Thank you! Everything in the hardware stores is geared toward men, and are way too big for my face, but these fit perfectly with the strap. Comes with a nice drawstring bag to keep them clean, too.

I placed a first time $800 on-line order for brick lights on Tuesday May 13 because it was a decent price, the website said they had them in stock and that I would have them by Friday May 16. I never heard otherwise so I hired the masons to come in Saturday to install them (tomorrow). I called get the tracking number today (Friday when they were supposed to arrive) and was told they haven't shipped yet. I also found out they weren't in stock, that they were shipping from the manufacturer. I doubt Zoro is anything more than a website and call center. 2 stars because the customer service person was nice but do not believe what they say about having products in stock or when they can deliver them, it is all BS now I am going to get billed by the masons for cancelling and who knows when I can get the to comeback.
